App refuses to open. Delete then re-download and it works for a few days then stops. Done this a dozen times. Rebooting doesn’t work.

They updated the app in September 2024 and now it won’t launch.

I was very excited to see that Monex finally updated their app. The new design is easy to use and clear. I once again have access to the Monex live prices and important market insights! I really like how this new version notifies me when my price alerts have been met.

I upgraded to 12.1.2 and the app will start and then closes. I have reset my phone and it still does not work. I am running IOS on an XRS. Before the latest update I really liked the app. Please fix. Thanks

It's no longer possible to create price alerts. The app says to turn on push notifications, but I already have them enabled for this app.

I love the app and use it daily. I have experienced in Feb 2018 to today 9 April2018 that the app wont launch. I have to delete it then reload it. Would be five stars otherwise.

This was a decent app when I downloaded it a few months ago but for the last 2 weeks and maybe longer, it immediately crashes and won’t reload. Whatevs Update: I unloaded it and reloaded it and it works fine again. Probably due to the new IOS update.

The app just seems to continue to lose features and has problems. Why won't it provide the Weekly Precious Metals Reviews anymore? It was the most helpful feature showing the weekly highs and lows, and support versus resistance.

I love this app but ever since the most recent update it will not allow me to set alerts. I get a warning that I need to turn on push notifications which I already had done. I think it's a glitch since the update. Please fix! I can only give a couple of stars because you do not provide any settings on the app itself. There is an outdated video on your website that doesn't help at all. I hope you fix this so I can recommend your app.

This app used to function well. For some reason it now crashes "failed to update" repeatedly. Deleting app /data and reinstalling does not resolve. No one seems to be supporting this app.

The app won't even update with iOS 10 and never wants to update when it's open. Please fix and then I'll give more stars.

This is a great app with a good layout. Live prices show up quickly and the price graphs ranging from 3 months to 10 years gives a good perspective. Price alerts are great too.

I love the app and find it very useful but it has a very annoying bug. If I try using it and the iPhone isn't connected to wifi, the app opens and immediately crashes. But then, once I reconnect to wifi, it continues to crash. So then I have to delete and reinstall the app and customize my settings all over again. I hope you can fix this on a future update.

The app works sometimes...and that's about as good as it gets. The stock market total has been stuck for months and won't refresh.

App does not update and freezes.

This app worked great for a while, and was my favorite app to monitor precious metals. One day it quit updating.. So I reinstalled it. Now it crashes before it even opens.. Please fix this!

This has lots of options and stats. I like that throughout the day i can check the price of gold and silver plus see how much the us is in debt. Not to mention how the value of the dollar stacks up to the value of other items and countries €$

The app crashes upon trying to open it. I phone 5. I deleted and reinstalled three times. Crash. Boom. Bang.
